Education Administration and Leadership

Education administrators lead, manage and develop education organisations, including universities, colleges, schools, kindergartens, etc.

They have to be good communicators, know the education system well, understand the discipline of education, along with being good with finances, budgeting, and people management.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S. Department of Labor, employment of education administrators is projected to grow about as fast as average, as education and training take on greater importance in everyone’s lives. Job opportunities for many of these positions should be excellent because a large proportion of education administrators are expected to retire over the next 10 years.
