Project Management
Project Management is a discipline of managing and organizing a project's resources so the project's goals can be achieved.
The project management of a project will usually be the responsibility of a single project manager. The project manager would not usually partake in the activities that take place in order to achieve the project's goals. He or she would be responsible for maintaining the project's progress and to keep the risk of failure at a minimum.
