Graduate Certificate in Project Management (Certifications)
The Online Graduate Certificate in Project Management was designed to provide students with an overview of the practices and concepts of project management. The online course puts a particular emphasis on promoting an understanding of the importance of project management and its principles and methodologies.
The philosophy of the course is to provide students with a 'toolbox' of skills that include decision-making, problem solving, planning, organisation, communication and teamwork within the project management area.
The course lasts for 10 months and covers four modules:
- Projects – The Operational Context
- Projects – The Change Context
- Projects – The Commercial Context
- Projects – The Strategic Context
On completion of the course, students have the option of continuing their studies through to the MSc in Project Management.
