At the IDI, we offer students the education they will need to be successful practitioners in the exciting and rapidly developing field of Creative Design. And, as you would expect, we have designed our approach to bring education into the 21st Century.

Our courses lead to internationally recognised qualifications from some of the UK’s most respected awarding bodies. Our degrees are awarded by the University of Hertfordshire - one of the UK's leading modern universities. 

Our online courses can be studied at home on a flexible basis. Students can choose to work at times which suit them, allowing them to fit their studies around work or family commitments.

For international students we offer the opportunity to study for UK Diploma, Bachelors and Masters degrees from anywhere in the world.

With us you are able to study when and where you want, either full-time or part-time, blending sensible, practical use of technology with access to your own personal tutor and high quality, professionally produced, interactive learning materials.  You will obtain accredited degree level qualifications identical to those achieved by students studying through traditional on-campus methods.  You can even combine both: taking part of your programme with IDI and part with one of our partner UK universities. Our courses are also available internationally; we have students in 37 countries throughout the world.

We provide degree level qualifications in an increasing range of Art and Design subjects, from Foundation to Bachelors to Masters Degrees.  You can enter these programmes at the most appropriate point depending on your previous qualifications and experience.  All programmes are fully accredited and will enable you to build towards a stimulating and rewarding career in the UK’s rapidly developing Creative Design Industries.

We also offer Foundation and Pre Masters courses which give guaranteed entry to universities throughout the UK. Our experienced Admissions team are happy to provide advice on any aspect of studying Art and Design, entirely free of charge.
